Heating Instructions: Once thawed, heat in the oven  (120  degrees) or pan fry with a little oil for 5-10 minutes. OR Microwave for 1-2 mins. Please note the plastic top is made from plants and cannot be heated. Please remove all the tempeh balls from the packaging before cooking.
